Jay Jenkins is a third‑generation master plumber and HVAC technician with more than 34 years of experience in residential, commercial, and specialty mechanical work. His career began in 1992, working alongside his father and grandfather in their Pennsylvania mechanical company, where he quickly completed his apprenticeship and earned master plumbing and HVAC licenses in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.

Over the years, Jay has managed and completed projects of every size, including hotels, supermarkets, medical facilities, churches, gas stations, apartment buildings, restaurants, and custom residential homes. He is also a certified ASSE 6010 medical gas piping contractor, qualified to install medical gas systems in any facility.

After moving to Sussex County in 2004, Jay recognized the community’s need for high‑quality water treatment services. He expanded his training in Columbus, Ohio, earning certification through the Water Quality Association of America as a Level 1 Water Treatment System Designer and Installer.
