Thank you very much to Jay and Justin for the professional installation of my new hot water heater. The entire process from the first phone call, site visit, quote process, communication, and job completion including ensuring everything worked and was cleaned up. They left it better than it was before. Jay was not only knowledgeable, but he explained things to me, and made sure essential associated and non-associated components with likely future failure were also taken care of, and he did what he said he would do the entire way. A work of art. Jay from Jenkins Plumbing installed a sink and a small hot water heater in my garage. Jay was very professional and obviously takes pride in his work. He showed up right on time, and all during the installation, was cleaning up the job site and reviewing with me what each step of the install was happening. He cleaned up in the end and the garage was cleaner than when he started.
